How to pay Property Tax Online?

31 March nearing a high time to pay tax.Here I am giving you simple steps to pay property tax online for Pune(PMC area)people.

1. Go to link- Pay Propert Tax Online(Pune)
2. You will come across following screen.



3.Now, for details check your Bill,it will have Billing Id something like...O/2/09/00662007 
here-
First letter                              O-Occupier,F-Flat or P-Peth
Second Number/letter            Section Id
Third ID                                 Peth Id
Fourth No.                             Account Number

You can see all property owner details,Payable amount.
Click on the Pay Amount tab and pay the amount.
Thats it...

    Hi, If you have not received the any Tax Bill ever from PMC,then its difficult to get the Billing details. Probably check you neighbours' details and try numbers near to that.. you will get The details by your name....Or else you have to personally visit the PMC office(that is tough task :)

      Hi,
      Link is working...but site responds very slowly number of times..You may need to try again..try at evening or at night will work.. :)

    My property tax bill doesn't have bill number in this format :O/2/09/00662007.

    I have Zone number, Gut Number, Bill Number on bill.

    Suppose bill number is - 0401131412345.
    Please let me know what should I put for:

    Property type, Section ID, Peth ID and A/C number.

      If you have Zone, Gat & Bill number format then you need to visit PCMC website. The Section/Peth ... format site is for PMC

    While paying PMC property tax online, if one doesn't have the property tax bill and also doesn't know the details like Section ID, Peth ID and Account number, then where one can get these details online? Does the PMC site gives the list of all these details on its site?
    This is important to me as I am out of country and want to pay the property tax online.
